Blog Tour: WOUNDED by Jasinda Wilder - Guest Post and Giveaway

Hi everyone, welcome to my stop on the Wounded blog tour. Today I have the author Jasinda Wilder doing a short guest post!

How did you come up with the characters for the book? Was it difficult to write about their experiences in a war-torn country?

Rania and Hunter were characters that leapt from the page into my head, becoming very much like real people to me. They developed naturally, I’d say. When I came up with the initial idea for Wounded and started sketching out the initial scenes, their voices and personalities just sort of emerged on their own. Writing about their experiences in war was difficult, yes. It’s a difficult topic and I really put myself through the wringer trying to make sure I did fair and proper justice to the reality of war.
